Under limited supervision, perform advanced servicing, repairs and maintenance of company vehicles and equipment. This position is tasked with the responsibility of coaching, training and mentoring all lower level classifications to improve their technical and job skills.

We are looking for a licensed CDL-B (minimum) - Ready Mix Driver to join our Team. This position follows the regulations of the US Department of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety. In this position, you will be driving a ready-mix truck and delivering concrete to the designated job sites. This position is performed in outside weather conditions including a broad range of temperatures, rain, wind, and high humidity. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to both listen and effectively speak with customers. The employee must have the ability to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds. The Concrete Mixer Driver is also responsible for some vehicle maintenance, such as washing the truck, pre-tripping, and post-tripping daily. All of our trucks are automatic concrete front discharge vehicles. We offer a competitive salary and a full benefits package.
